Terms of Service

Simple information about using Vandx and its family-care tools.

Accounts and installation

Creating a website account is free and does not require a card or PayPal approval. Registration requires your full name, email, password, street address, unit (or N/A), city, region, address country, current country, nationality, and age. Signed-in website users can open the app and follow the home-screen installation guide. App access depends on an active trial or purchased plan.

Free trial

Eligible account owners can start 15 days of Premium access by selecting the free-trial button after signing in. The trial starts when activated, not when the account is created. No payment details or PayPal approval are required. The trial ends automatically without a charge. Trial access is limited to one per account, family, and internet IP address. Shared networks can affect eligibility; contact Support if you believe you were blocked incorrectly. These checks cannot prevent every form of trial reuse.

Paid plans and cancellations

To continue after the trial, choose Bottle Only or Premium with monthly, annual, or lifetime pricing. PayPal checkout shows the amount and currency before you approve payment. Monthly and annual plans charge when approved and renew until canceled. Annual plans charge the full yearly amount. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal. Starting a free trial does not authorize future payments.

Regional currency is separate from website language. Customers can cancel a subscription anytime and retain access through the end of their paid period. The cancellation control appears when an eligible PayPal subscription is connected. Refund windows begin with the first successful payment, not the beginning of the trial. See the Refund Policy.

Promo codes

Active regular codes can be shared with multiple customers without assigning a recipient email. Each account may redeem each code once. Codes cannot be combined and do not apply to lifetime purchases. Annual codes discount the first annual purchase; subsequent annual subscription renewals use the normal annual price shown before PayPal approval.

Monthly codes discount the selected package’s monthly price for the number of months chosen by the owner, currently 1–24 months. Each account’s schedule begins with its approved subscription start. For example, a six-month code discounts months one through six; month seven returns to the normal monthly price disclosed at checkout. PayPal subscription approval is required for the recurring payment schedule. Turning a global code off stops new checkouts; it does not change a previously approved subscription’s agreed discount schedule.

The preview shows the original price, discount, payable amount, duration, and normal renewal price. An annual total is billed upfront; monthly amounts are billed monthly. A promo code does not authorize future payments without the customer’s separate PayPal approval.

Only the owner can turn a global code off or delete it. Codes do not deactivate globally after redemption; each account’s discounted period ends separately. Existing checkout quotes and completed purchases keep their agreed terms.

Using the app responsibly

Keep your sign-in details private and only invite people you trust with your family records. Add only information and photos you have permission to use. Do not misuse the website, submit abusive content, or attempt to access another family’s information.

The app helps organize information you enter. It does not replace professional medical advice or emergency care. Check feeding, medication, appointment, and vaccine information with the appropriate care professional. Device and browser settings can affect reminders.

Original photo-book pages remain on your device, while compressed photo copies sync privately to your account when online. Public sharing requires a separate consent action for each photo on the website. Share only photos and captions you own or have permission to publish. Keep your own copies of important information.

Reviews

Registered users may submit a rating from 0 to 5 stars and a review. Reviews begin private. The owner can publish or hide a review. The submission form asks permission to publish the reviewer’s name, photo, rating, and comments; the email remains private. Updating a review or its profile details returns it to private review.
